Job Description

The Role

We're looking for a creative Video Editor/Social Media Manager to own our content presence and help us tell our story. You'll turn raw footage into compelling videos and manage our social media channels to build our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities

Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and founder content
Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Create engaging short-form content optimized for each platform
Develop content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build community
Collaborate with the CEO on messaging and brand voice
Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy
Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats

Requirements

2+ years of video editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation
Experience managing brand social accounts with measurable growth
Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
Motion graphics skills (After Effects) a plus
Copywriting ability for captions and posts
Self-starter who can work independently
Interest in cybersecurity/tech (experience not required)

Bonus Points

Experience with B2B or SaaS brands
Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva)
Basic animation or thumbnail creation
Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, native platform insights)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
