Job Title: Video Editor  Department: Creative & Content – Digital Marketing Location: Remote (Pune preferred) – 2 in-office days/month Work Timings: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday (Half Day): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging reels, promotional videos, and digital content that aligns with brand objectives and drives online engagement. You will collaborate with our marketing and design teams to create high-quality video content for social media and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook). Create promotional, product, and brand videos with a strong storytelling approach. Add transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, background music, and sound effects. Optimise videos for various platforms and formats. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to align video content with campaign goals. Stay updated with current video trends, reel formats, and editing styles. Manage raw footage, maintain video libraries, and ensure timely delivery of edits. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in video editing (agency/brand preferred). Strong knowledge of video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva (basic video editing). Basic understanding of color grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics. Good sense of storytelling, pace, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must Have: Personal laptop with required software. Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). Strong portfolio of reels, promotional videos, or creative edits.
