Qualifications And Skills BMM ( Bachelor of Mass Media ) or equivalent qualification 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Roles And Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos tailored for various platforms (social media, presentations, websites) Incorporate graphics, animations, subtitles, and effects as required Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute video projects. Adapt videos for different formats like reels, stories, and longer content. Keep up with video editing trends, software updates, and new techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency. Review content for technical accuracy, including audio sync, color grading, and resolution Requirement Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. Understanding of storytelling principles and pacing in video production. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Prior experience in educational video editing and motion graphics is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to create motion graphics and simple animation.
