Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing videos, applying video color grading, and creating motion graphics. The day-to-day tasks include managing video production projects, ensuring video quality, and collaborating with the team on creative content development. The Video Editor will also work with graphic elements to enhance the visual experience of our videos.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing
• Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
• Skills in Graphics creation and manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in tech or IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field

[Responsibilities]

- Edit short-form and long-form ad films, UGC content, cinematic videos, brand films, and reels. - Create compelling narrative-driven edits using visuals, sound design, transitions, and pacing.

- Polish and enhance AI-generated visuals using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Lightroom. - Design and animate title cards, motion graphics, and typographic elements using After Effects. - Collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling direction.

- Work with AI video tools (Runway ML, Kling, Pika, Veo, etc.) to finalize AI-to-human handoffs. - Color grade and apply audio enhancements for professional delivery.

- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

[Required Skills]

- 2+ years experience in professional video editing for ads, branded content, or storytelling.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must), After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.

- A strong storytelling mindset with a cinematic eye for visuals, music, and pacing.

- Experience with different content styles: UGC, commercial, cinematic, Instagram Reels, 9:16. - Understanding of sound design, music editing, and narrative flow.

- Bonus: Comfortable enhancing or adapting AI-generated content (MidJourney, Runway, etc.) - Attention to detail and ability to meet fast deadlines while maintaining quality.

Nice to Have-

- Familiarity with AI editing workflows: Veo, Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.

- Photography or cinematography background.

- Animation or 2.5D motion graphics experience.

- Branding knowledge or experience working with startups or product-based companies.
