Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer (with Graphic Design Skills)

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong skills in graphic design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content across digital platforms, including videos, animations, and graphics that align with our brand and communication goals.Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, campaigns, and internal communication.

Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Motion Graphics & Animation:

Design and animate motion graphics elements like explainer videos, infographics, lower thirds, intros/outros, transitions, and logo animations.

Work with creative briefs to produce visually appealing animations that communicate complex ideas simply.

Graphic Designing:

Create static visual designs including banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.

Support branding projects with consistent design elements.

Adapt designs for multiple formats (digital & print).

Collaboration & Workflow:

Work closely with the marketing, content, and communications team to bring concepts to life.

Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Stay updated with design and editing trends to keep the output modern and engaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Design, Film, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Video Editor, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; bonus: Audition, Lightroom).

Knowledge of 2D/3D animation is a plus.

Strong eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Creative storytelling skills and willingness to experiment with new formats.

Preferred Experience:

Experience creating content for social media campaigns, corporate videos, product promotions, explainer videos, or NGO/impact storytelling.

Knowledge of motion design trends, UI animations, or AR/VR (added advantage).
