Class Assistant

We are an NGO - Spherule Foundation looking for Class Assistance at Nagpur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

 Class Assistant will be required to be present in the assigned school during the active school hours.

 She/he will be responsible for the upkeep of the Digital Classroom and the associated infrastructure.

 She/he will facilitate the online connect between eVidyaloka volunteer teachers and students as per the planned timetable.

 She/he will be expected to proactively encourage student participation in eVidyaloka sessions.

 She/he will capture the program data points on eVidyaloka technology platform (training will be given for the same).

 She/he will execute the planned activities (such as student appreciation, assessment, special events, etc.) in coordination with the eVidyaloka team.

 She/he will capture feedback from the students and school administration for reporting purposes quarterly basis.

 She/he will connect with the community, or the school ecosystem to interact with students, parents, etc. regularly.

 She/he is expected to be open minded with a learning mentality to adapt to the program and deliver what is best for the enrolled students.

 Experience: Minimum 1 year in social work or related sectors

 Eligibility: Graduate, Basic computer knowledge

 Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
