Our clients spend INR 50L - 5 Cr+ monthly on ads and have extremely high expectations for their partners. About the Role

UGC/Performance video ads

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage and input sound, graphics, and effects that elevate the storytelling and improve scroll-stopping potential.
• Add music, captions, transitions, stock footage, and overlays that enhance visual interest while keeping within the brand guidelines.
• Work on multiple edit versions of a single ad to test performance across hooks, visuals, or CTAs.
• Use editing software and AI tools to reduce turnaround time while maintaining output quality.
• Work closely with creative strategists to understand creative direction and incorporate feedback.
• Deliver projects on tight timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.

• You enjoy blending storytelling with data — making videos that don’t just look good, but also perform.
• You’re passionate about staying up-to-date with content trends, editing styles, and AI tools that speed up execution.
• You’ve worked in fast-paced environments like agencies, content studios, or with social media teams.

Experience We’re Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience editing short-form video content.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of color grading, sound design, and storytelling structure.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and performance creative formats is a plus.
