Role Responsibilities Conceptualize and create engaging video content according to project requirements. Edit raw footage into polished final products. Collaborate with directors and other team members to realize creative visions. Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects where necessary. Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations. Manage and organize video assets and maintain project files. Perform color correction and audio mixing to enhance video quality. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing. Prepare and deliver final video files in required formats. Assist in the development of storyboards and timelines for video projects. Contribute ideas for new video projects and enhancements. Provide feedback on editing techniques and software improvements. Optimize video files for various platforms as needed. Work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role. Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Excellent storytelling skills with a strong creative vision. Understanding of motion graphics and animation techniques. Familiarity with sound design and audio editing tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. Good communication and collaboration skills with team members. Background in film production or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of color correction and video compression techniques. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities. Experience with social media and digital content optimization. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed. A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work. Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or relevant field preferred.
