Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form

  into polished video/audio outputs and repurpose them into short clips for social media.
• Collaborate with the creative and content team to deliver

  visually appealing graphics

  and motion content.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and design across platforms.
• Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and other elements to enhance viewer engagement.
• Research trends in

  startups, entrepreneurship, and various business domains

  to create contextually relevant edits.
• Maintain organized project files and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in video editing and design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
• Strong

  design sense

  – understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create both static and motion graphics for podcasts and business content.
• Interest and awareness of multiple business industries, startups, and entrepreneurship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
