About the Role

Video Editor + Motion Graphic Designer

What you'll do:

Video Editing & Motion Graphic Design

• Edit engaging short-form and long-form content for influencer campaigns, branded videos, and social-first content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.).
• Add sound design elements — music, voiceovers, sound effects, and transitions — to elevate storytelling.
• Create eye-catching motion graphics, title sequences, and infographic animations using After Effects or similar tools.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for multi-platform usage (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Motion Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design stunning creatives for social media posts, thumbnails, ads, and presentations aligned with campaign goals.
• Create visual assets for client decks, case studies, and internal marketing material using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand identity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with content strategists and account managers to execute high-quality deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design and editing tasks with speed and consistency under tight timelines.

What we're looking for:

Core Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing tools.
• Proficiency in motion design software (After Effects, Blender, etc.).
• Strong grasp of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
• A solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetic.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary: Up to 5 lakh per annum.
