Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit, assemble, and enhance video content for social media, marketing campaigns, brand films, and internal communication.
• Create visually engaging motion graphics, animated elements, and transitions.
• Work with raw footage, voiceovers, screen recordings, and creative assets to produce polished final videos.
• Add sound effects, music, text overlays, and visual enhancements for storytelling.
• Ensure all video outputs maintain brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
  

Creative Concept Development

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualise and storyboard video ideas.
• Interpret scripts and briefs into effective visual narratives.
• Bring innovative concepts, techniques, and creative approaches to elevate video quality.
  

Design & Visual Support

• Create supporting visual elements such as thumbnails, intros, outros, and social media assets.
• Assist the design team with graphic design tasks when required.
• Stay updated with design and editing trends, motion design techniques, and emerging creative tools.
  

Project Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Work closely with marketing, strategy, and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain an organised archive of project files, footage, and assets.
  

Qualifications

• 24 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia design.

• Mandatory proficiency in Canva

  for quick design tasks and social media creatives.
• Strong command of

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects

  , and other relevant editing tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
• Ability to conceptualise, edit, and deliver high-impact visual content independently.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with quick turnaround times.
