Who We’re Looking For

Video Editor + Motion Designer

• Loves trends, transitions, and creating scroll-stopping visuals.
• Can make an

  Instagram Reel

  stand out.
• Understands how to blend editing, motion graphics, and animation for storytelling.
• Has a strong portfolio (freelance/client work preferred).

Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing

• Edit engaging short & long-form videos for Reels, YouTube, websites, and ads.
• Repurpose footage into cutdowns, teasers, and vertical formats.
• Add transitions, sound, and text overlays that enhance storytelling.

Motion Graphics & Animation (2D & 3D)

• Design & animate motion graphics, lower thirds, and explainer visuals.
• Use 2D/3D animation to bring abstract ideas and features to life.
• Animate logos, icons, and illustrations for social and web assets.

Creative Input & Strategy

• Contribute ideas for campaign visuals and content series.
• Stay updated with motion design, animation, and video trends.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on content planning.

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (Motion Design + 2D Animation)
• Blender / Cinema 4D / Element 3D (bonus for 3D animation)
• Basic understanding of sound design and animation principles
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

Kinetic typography, infographic animations, UI motion design, 3D object animation, or experience with global clients.
