Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the creative idea and interpret the brief with clarity

• Identify the most engaging moments that bring the idea to life

• Create edits with strong hooks, clean pacing and high retention value

• Build micro stories that hold attention and feel natural to watch

• Maintain brand tonality and visual identity across all edits

• Add motion elements, typography and sound design to elevate the final video

• Optimise videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

• Ensure each video meets quality standards and timelines

• Collaborate with the creative team to refine and finalise the edit

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in editing short form videos for social media

• Hands on experience on Adobe After Effects

• Strong sense of storytelling, timing and visual rhythm

• Ability to spot emotional peaks, hook worthy lines and strong reactions

• Understanding of audio design and colour correction

• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
