Shooting & Production

• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
• Capture interviews, product films, and behind-the-scenes footage with professional framing and sound.
• Support directors during shoots with both technical and creative inputs.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit live-action and animation projects into final deliverables across platforms.
• Review scripts and raw footage to create a shot decision list, ensuring continuity and impact.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, VFX, and sound effects.

Motion Graphics & Design

• Create engaging

  2D/3D animations, motion graphics, and text animations

  for marketing and promotional use.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent brand language across edits.

Sound & Color

• Perform

  audio post-production

  (basic mixing, syncing, and sound design).
• Apply

  colour correction and grading

  to achieve professional, cinematic looks.

AI & Innovation

• Explore and integrate

  AI-based tools

  (Runway, Pika, Stable Video, Suno, etc.) to improve workflow and creative output.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and best practices to maximise efficiency.

Media & Brand

• Manage and archive media assets across projects.
• Curate and maintain the brand’s

  digital image and social media presence

  with creative video content.

• Experience:

  3–4 years in video production (shooting + editing + motion graphics).
• Proven expertise in

  both pre-production and post-production.

• Proficient in

  Adobe Creative Cloud

  (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and

  DaVinci Resolve.

• Skilled in

  videography, camera handling, lighting, and sound capture.

• Familiarity with contemporary

  cameras, file formats, codecs, and workflows.

• Good grasp of

  storytelling, continuity, pacing, and design sense.

• Knowledge of

  audio post-production

  (mixing, scoring) is a plus.
• Strong interest or experience in

  AI-driven video editing and motion graphics.

• Extremely

  organised, deadline-driven,

  and able to multitask.
