The Video Editor will be responsible for creating compelling and visually appealing video content, primarily reels, to enhance Growww Tech’s social media presence. You will work closely with the marketing team to edit raw footage into polished videos that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging reels and other short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and animations to enhance video content.
• Ensure all videos align with Growww Tech’s brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and storyboards for video content.
• Optimize videos for specific social media platforms, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and duration.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and tools to create fresh and innovative content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing reels or short-form video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  

• Experience creating content for tech or B2B companies.
• Familiarity with audio editing and color grading.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
