Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor

Location:

• Navi Mumbai (On-site)

(Preference for candidates based in Mumbai region; flexibility for hybrid collaboration depending on project)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years

  of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics with a strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.
• Bonus if you have worked with

  Youtubers/Content Creators/Filmmakers

  before.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand tone.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and VFX to elevate storytelling.
• Edit 18-20 shorts and 2/3 long form in a month.
• Content buckets: On-Ground reports, Visual storytelling, Explainer videos, Travelling, Event/Collab
• Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends to craft fresh, viral content.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, editorial, and field production teams.
• Manage multiple timelines, versions, and deliverables across platforms.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media formats.
• Maintain a strong storytelling arc and emotional coherence in every cut.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects/Blender or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics, typography, and visual rhythm.
• Awareness of social media trends and editing aesthetics.
• Familiarity with sound design, color grading, and export workflows.
  

Soft Skills:

• Passionate about filmmaking, storytelling, Indian culture and socio-politics, and visual experimentation.
• Energetic and self-driven with a let’s make it happen” mindset.
• Comfortable working beyond comfort zones and tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
