About the Role

Odoo Functional Consultant (Business Analyst)

analyze, configure, and deliver Odoo ERP modules

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and implement Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Projects, and Procurement.
Map client business processes to Odoo workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and prepare user documentation.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop new features and custom modules.
Train end-users and provide post-implementation functional support.
Participate in project scoping, estimation, and client demos.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Odoo functional modules.
Strong understanding of
ERP workflows
, accounting principles, supply chain, HR, and operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM project environments.
Optional:
Basic Python knowledge for debugging and collaborating with developers.
