About the Role

Odoo Technical Developer

building, customizing, and integrating Odoo ERP modules

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize
Odoo modules
(Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
Develop and maintain
Odoo backend logic, business workflows, and REST / GraphQL APIs
.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (payment gateways, CRMs, e-commerce, etc.).
Create and optimize
QWeb reports, views, and dashboards
.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across existing modules and custom code.
Collaborate with
functional consultants
to define technical specifications.
Maintain version control (Git) and follow Agile/SCRUM delivery practices.
Contribute to performance tuning, data migrations, and upgrades to newer Odoo versions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong proficiency in
Python
, XML, JavaScript (ES6+), and PostgreSQL.
In-depth understanding of
Odoo ORM
and MVC architecture.
Hands-on experience developing custom Odoo modules (v14 v17 preferred).
Familiarity with
REST / SOAP APIs
, JSON, and integration workflows.
Solid grounding in Linux environments (Ubuntu / Debian).
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus:
experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Odoo.sh deployments.
