🛠 Key Responsibilities

🎬 Video Editing

• Edit long-form content (YouTube episodes, SME IPO series, Podcast sessions).
• Create short-form reels & shorts with strong hooks (IG Reels, YT Shorts, FB).
• Add subtitles, motion elements, text animations & sound design.
• Convert raw shoot content into storytelling-based, high-retention videos.
• Repurpose content across platforms with platform-specific formats.

🎨 Graphic Design

• Create posters, carousels, infographics & thumbnails for BBA & CFO Gurus.
• Design visuals for website sections, landing pages & marketing campaigns.
• Develop brand-consistent creatives for SME IPO, Delayed Payments, Startup Page, PAY360, etc.
• Assist in building pitch decks, reports & cohort creatives.

📌 Creative Responsibilities

• Brainstorm concepts with CA Perminder Singh for upcoming series.
• Understand brand tonality:

  Bold, Simple, Bharat-centric, Entrepreneur-focused

• Maintain consistency in colours, fonts, and BBA brand guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams for weekly content calendars.

📦 Skills Required

Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• After Effects (added advantage)
• Photoshop
• Illustrator / Canva
• Basic sound correction & colour grading
• Knowledge of YouTube best practices
• Understanding of Instagram & short-form trends

Soft Skills

• Fast execution mindset
• Creative problem-solving
• Strong ownership
• Business storytelling sense
• Willingness to learn financial/business content
• Ability to handle deadlines & work in a fast-paced environment
