Your Core Responsibilities:

• Edit

  30–45 min tech-focused podcasts/interviews

  for YouTube with clean, professional pacing, transitions, and engagement overlays.
• Create

  snackable, scroll-worthy reels

  (15–60s) from long-form episodes using trending formats and storytelling.
• Design content that maintains

  brand consistency

  , is visually engaging, and optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Work closely with the founder on

  AI and tech content

  —from talking head videos to visual explainers using AI tools.
• Handle

  editing strategy

  , planning post formats, and visual hooks with minimal hand-holding.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years experience

  in podcast/video editing for YouTube + social platforms (reels, shorts, TikTok)
• A tech-savvy editor—bonus if you’re already in the

  AI space

  or curious about the tools shaping tomorrow
• Expert in

  After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci, Descript

  , or any relevant platform
• You know how to use

  AI editing tools

  (Runway, Pika, Topaz, D-ID, etc.) or are willing to explore and integrate them
• Creative thinker who knows how to repurpose 1 long video into

  multiple formats

• Strong at planning, scheduling, and ideating content themes based on trends or podcast hooks
• Organized, independent, and can handle full post-production including B-rolls, subtitles, sound, animation, and delivery

🎧 Bonus if you:

• Have worked with

  personal brands or influencers

• Understand how to make videos convert attention to action
• Follow creators like Ali Abdaal, Colin & Samir, Iman Gadzhi, or The Futur
