Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for Cricbuzz’s digital and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and cut

  match promos, highlight packages, and show assets

  that drive engagement.
• Use existing footage, images, and sound creatively to tell compelling stories.
• Select and sync appropriate

  soundtracks

  to enhance tone and emotion.
• Add engaging

  typography

  , transitions, and effects to elevate edits.
• Collaborate closely with producers, motion designers, and the social media team to deliver high-quality output under tight timelines.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure consistent visual standards across all edits.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of

  short-form content

  (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Proven ability to craft

  match promos

  and fast-paced highlight edits.
• Eye for detail, rhythm, and sound design.
• Creativity in

  typography

  , color grading, and transitions.
• Ability to work with both footage and still images to build compelling edits.
• Knowledge of

  cricket

  is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with

  motion graphics

  or basic animation is an added advantage.
