Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Video Editor at CreazionMedia. The Video Editor will be responsible for creating and editing video content, implementing visual effects, and ensuring high-quality production standards are met. The Video Editor will collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  video editing

  for brands, agencies, or digital content creators.
• Strong command of

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and related tools

  .
• Ability to tell stories visually — pacing, transitions, sound design, and emotion matter more than templates.
• Experience with

  motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing

  for polished final outputs.
• Understanding of

  social media formats

  (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos) and

  platform-wise optimization

  .
• Familiarity with

  brand storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  camera angles, lighting, and framing

  to collaborate better with the shoot team.
• Strong sense of

  timing, rhythm, and visual continuity

  .
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Degree or certification in

  Film Production, Video Editing, Visual Communication, or related field

  (preferred, not mandatory).
