Role Overview

creative and detail-oriented Freelance Video Editor

This is a freelance, project-based role with opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce

  high-quality video content

  for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and internal use.
• Work closely with the

  marketing and creative teams

  to translate brand vision into compelling visual stories.
• Add

  graphics, animations, subtitles, music, and transitions

  to enhance the viewer experience.
• Repurpose existing footage for

  ads, reels, and campaigns

  across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure all video output aligns with

  Carisma’s brand identity and tone

  .
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining attention to detail and visual consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  video editor

  , preferably within wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

  , or equivalent editing software.
• Strong sense of

  visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics

  .
• Basic understanding of

  sound design and color grading

  .
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Portfolio showcasing previous editing work (required).

Nice to Have

• Experience creating

  short-form social content

  (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Knowledge of

  motion graphics / After Effects

• Familiarity with

  wellness, spa, or beauty branding
