🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who specializes in short-form content to create high-impact visuals for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn Video Stories. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media trends, understands audience psychology, and knows how to turn raw footage into content that performs.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Edit compelling, scroll-stopping short-form videos (15–90 seconds)

• Customize output per platform: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn

• Work on influencer content, brand reels, artist promos, BTS, and more

• Add motion graphics, text overlays, trending music/SFX, and smooth transitions

• Ensure rapid turnaround times and responsiveness to trends

• Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across projects

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in video editing (especially short-form/social-first)

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, VN, or After Effects

• A solid grasp of platform algorithms and audience preferences

• Strong creative judgment, eye for aesthetics, and trend sensitivity

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet fast-paced deadlines

• A portfolio of relevant work is mandatory (Google Drive/YouTube/Instagram links accepted)

• Motion design / kinetic typography

• Basic color grading and sound mixing

• Understanding of influencer and D2C brand dynamics

• B2B editing skills for professional LinkedIn-style video content
