Position: Marketing Intern – Lead Generation & Conversion (Talent & Events)Location: HybridDuration: 3 months About the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern who can support our talent and events division by identifying potential leads, nurturing connections, and helping convert them into active clients or collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with top talent and brands while sharpening your marketing and sales skills. Responsibilities: • Research and identify leads for talent management and event bookings • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate conversations • Assist in developing and managing lead funnels • Help build relationships with agencies, influencers, and brands • Track communication and follow up consistently • Support in creating marketing collaterals and proposals • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion Skills Required: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM tools, or lead tracking methods • Interest in events, influencer marketing, and entertainment industry • Self-motivated, creative, and organized Perks: • Certificate & Letter of Recommendation • Real-time exposure to the events and talent industry • Possibility of a full-time role upon successful internship
