As Vice Principal at the ICSE school, you will play a crucial role in the leadership team, supporting the Principal in various aspects of school management to ensure academic excellence and a conducive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Principal in overall school administration, supervision, and management. - Overseeing curriculum implementation to uphold ICSE board standards. - Monitoring and evaluating teaching staff performance, offering feedback and support. - Promoting discipline and maintaining a safe, respectful school environment. - Collaborating with teachers and department heads to enhance instructional practices. - Participating in policy development, procedures, and school initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and ICSE board requirements. - Managing effective parent communication and fostering collaboration. - Organizing school events, extracurricular activities, and academic programs. - Supervising student welfare, including attendance, discipline, and academic progress. Qualifications and Experience: - Mandatory B.Ed and M.Ed qualifications. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Vice Principal in an ICSE school. - Proficiency in ICSE curriculum, teaching methodologies, and educational regulations. - Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in school management software and basic IT skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in teacher training and development. - Ability to implement innovative academic programs. - Proficient in conflict resolution and student counseling.
