Job Overview

Duties

• Assist in the development and implementation of curriculum that meets educational standards and student needs.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance school performance and student outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Engage in fundraising activities to support school programs and initiatives.
• Provide senior leadership by mentoring staff and promoting professional development opportunities.
• Supervise teaching staff and support their instructional practices through observation and feedback.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive environment for students and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop effective classroom management strategies.
• Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the school at community events and meetings.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and community stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration with a strong background in curriculum development.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience within an educational setting.
• Management experience that includes supervising teaching staff and supporting their professional growth.
• Classroom experience with a deep understanding of effective teaching practices.
