Vice Principal

As an experienced School Principal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the academic excellence and smooth operations of the school. Your responsibilities will include: - Guiding and mentoring teachers to plan and execute lessons effectively, maintaining a strong academic record. - Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations encompassing administrative, academic, and co-curricular activities. - Leading the training and professional development of faculty members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Building strong relationships with parents, staff, and students to create a collaborative school environment. - Developing and enforcing disciplinary policies to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Postgraduate degree and a mandatory B.Ed. qualification. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a school setting. In addition to your educational background and experience, the following skills will be essential for success in this role: - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in school management software and digital tools.
