Role Overview: As the Vice President - Sales (Real Estate) in Coimbatore, your main objective is to provide leadership and strategic direction to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with business objectives, managing sales teams, and nurturing relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets. - Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, offering guidance, coaching, and training to ensure team members meet their sales targets and adhere to company policies. - Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create effective sales and marketing campaigns to boost business growth. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver excellent customer service for high customer satisfaction. - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, influencing sales strategies and tactics. - Manage and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring successful deal closures and meeting sales targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align sales strategies with company objectives. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales performance, and make adjustments to sales strategies as required. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes to enhance sales operations and efficiency. - Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing sales team that fulfills business objectives. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 15-22 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating success in sales leadership roles. - Proven ability in sales planning, strategy development, client management, market analysis, performance management, leadership, team management, campaign management, sales and marketing operations, negotiation, and vendor management. - Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and competitor activities. - Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and creating effective sales and marketing campaigns. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams. - Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and adapt to changing market conditions.,
