Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for new car sales, used car sales, spare parts sales, and service sales.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth and market share in the automobile industry.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for their vehicle requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in showroom operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 15-20 years of experience in automobile sales or related field (new car sales, used car sales).
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales principles applied to four-wheeler vehicles and will have to manage the Sales Officer, sales manager and CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse groups including dealerships, OEMs, suppliers etc.
