Job Description

Requirements-

Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in automobile or retail sales
Must be a graduate in any stream (B.A, B.Com, BBA, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer relationship management
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure
Must have basic knowledge of cars and features
Experience in test drives, lead follow-ups, and product demos

Key Responsibility -

Identify and convert potential leads into customers
Follow up with walk-in and online inquiries
Call prospective buyers and schedule showroom visits
Explain car features, benefits, finance options, and offers
Assist customers with test drives and documentation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure proper handling of customer documentation
Provide excellent post-sale customer support
