Vice President – Projects

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale electrical projects including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational strategy.
• Oversee multiple project teams across locations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Planning & Execution Oversight:

• Review and approve technical designs, BOQs, and execution methodologies.
• Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, and site reviews.
• Resolve high-level technical and operational challenges with cross-functional coordination.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, consultants, and government agencies.
• Lead contract negotiations, change orders, and project risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
• Implement best practices in project governance, documentation, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project evaluations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical); MBA

• 15+ years in project execution, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing multi-crore electrical infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Expertise in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), ERP systems, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, grid integration, and utility coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
