Description
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost, quality, and safety standards. Lead a team of senior professionals including Project Heads, DGMs, GMs, and cross-functional teams (civil, MEP, planning, QA/QC, safety, and billing). Review project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, vendor selection, and execution strategies to align with business goals. Monitor progress through regular project reviews, site visits, and performance audits, ensuring milestones are met across all project phases. Drive innovation in construction technology, process automation, and sustainable building practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (GNIDA, YEIDA, RERA, NBC), environmental norms, and company policies. Resolve high-level escalations related to execution, contracts, vendors, or approvals through effective cross-functional coordination. Collaborate with internal stakeholdersarchitecture, legal, sales, CRM—and external consultants, contractors, and authorities for smooth project delivery. Represent the Projects Division in board meetings, investor presentations, and leadership forums, providing project status updates and strategic insights. Foster a performance-driven culture by mentoring senior staff, establishing KPIs, and implementing best practices in project management.
