Vice President - Loan Servicing Operations - Transaction Manager C13

In this role at Citi, you'll play a leadership role in the team supporting loan origination and lifecycle management for various types of loans. Your responsibilities will include creating processes, standards, and controls, designing and implementing technology, providing training and support, and collaborating with different business lines to ensure strategic vision is met. You'll also lead projects to enhance performance, manage deal closing pipeline, assess risks, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop the team supporting loan origination and lifecycle management - Create processes, standards, procedures, controls, and technology implementation - Provide training and support to staff and business constituents - Collaborate with various business lines to ensure strategic vision - Define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews - Improve processes, controls, and efficiencies - Act as escalation point for loan remediation and system testing - Manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline - Coordinate and close loan transactions/lifecycle events - Assess risks and ensure compliance with regulations Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of experience - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs - Familiarity with Tableau or visualization tools - Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Client relationship and solution skills - Knowledge of wholesale loan products and business - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities - Understanding of corporate and regulatory policies in lending As a successful candidate, you'll ideally have a Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
