As the Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation (F&A), you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement and digital transformation for the assigned verticals and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Aligning with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with COOs, Senior GOLs, and Portfolio Owners to define and drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda for the organization. - Driving Value-Share and Revenue Assurance: Partner with operations teams to identify and deliver value-driven opportunities and improve revenue assurance. - Ensuring Productivity Delivery: Focus on delivering committed productivity targets, particularly in TBP accounts and reducing Bad Bench in key accounts. - Leading Digital Initiatives: Oversee Digital Twin deployment and prioritize digital use cases within verticals to accelerate transformation. - Strategically Allocating Resources: Stabilize mega wins by allocating resources effectively and ensuring smooth delivery of transformation projects. - Developing Risk Control & Best Practices: Manage a framework to de-risk operations and implement best practices. - Orchestrating Operational Excellence: Drive governance and transformation rigor to achieve short-term improvements and long-term value creation. - Taking Ownership of Client Commitments: Be accountable for delivering on client commitments and ensuring effective delivery of transformation initiatives. - Collaborating for Success: Lead transformation initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, service line, and regional LDT teams. Qualifications We Seek in You: - Post-Graduation from top-tier institutes. - Significant experience in core finance areas such as FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, and Risk. - Previous senior leadership experience in Digital Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, solution design, or process consulting. - Global exposure with a consistent track record of leading digital projects. - Strong communication and influencing skills. - Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership. - Proven Lean project leadership or application of Six Sigma methodologies. - Track record of driving transformation in client operations, especially in the Finance & Accounting domain. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Experience in digital deployment for large/medium-scale customers. - Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or relevant digital transformation credentials would be a plus.
