As a Project Manager in the Service Product Group, you enhance and optimize product delivery to customers. You manage processes and create efficiencies for successful implementations. Your role involves leading end-to-end processes and liaising with stakeholders to ensure organized and expedient delivery. Job responsibilities Lead end-to-end product delivery processes. Manage change activities across functional partners. Effectively manage timelines and dependencies. Work with APO for roadmap planning. Define Area Product Scope and Deliverables. Aggregate understanding of co-supplier needs. Manage risk, controls, compliance, and agile controls. Ensure JIRA hygiene. Manage product intake and demand. Update product status on Confluence. Maintain product backlog health. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in project management or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
