Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Sales:

  Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the trading platform's market presence and increase FPI sales revenue.

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  Identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients and FPIs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and meetings.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research on trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to identify actionable growth strategies.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Serve as the critical link between market opportunities, client requirements, and platform capabilities, working closely with product and institutional teams to ensure successful service delivery.

• Reporting:

  Prepare financial models and detailed performance reports for business development activities.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An

  MBA

  or advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience:

  Proven track record in

  Business Development

  or

  Institutional Sales

  within the financial services industry, preferably at a brokerage firm.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Deep knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory compliance is essential.
