Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering Job Locations: Noida, Chennai Exp Range: 22 to 27 Years Job Description: What does a successful Vice President, Infrastructure Engineering at Fiserv do? As a Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering within Fiserv Technology Services, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with CTO portfolio leaders and CIO teams across cloud, container engineering, and network/security/firewall engineering. This key leadership position drives efficiency, optimization, and service delivery while managing a significant portion of our global organization based in Global Services. You will champion service excellence, uphold platform stability, security, and resilience, and enable Fiserv clients and customers. Your deep technical, architectural, and domain skills, combined with a commercial orientation and fiscal prudence, will ensure the provisioning of world-class solutions that empower the Fiserv brand. What you will do: Lead end-to-end operating model ownership within FTS. Engage with business stakeholders regularly to understand their needs, involve them in joint planning, and drive high stakeholder satisfaction and Customer LTR score. Act as the single point of accountability and escalation for technology service provisioning to clients, the business, and the FTS organization. Ensure execution of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives aligned with strategy. Drive adoption and enhancement of strategic technology tools. Combine technical and commercial acumen to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio. Optimize technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders to meet functional and financial goals. Leverage initiative management, new product adoption, automation, and lifecycle management to drive efficient technology outcomes. Advocate for clients with ownership of the technology change roadmap. What you will need to have: 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud, container, network/security/firewall engineering. Education Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science. 15+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. 15+ years of experience in managing global teams and delivering technology service solutions. Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science and/or equivalent military experience. Demonstrated expertise in SDLC improvements (e.g., DevOps, Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment). What would be great to have: 15+ years of experience in driving transformational improvements in infrastructure. 15+ years of experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects, including mergers and acquisitions. Proven ability to manage third-party processors, hardware & software vendors, and external infrastructure providers. Knowledge of ITIL controls and adherence to compliance processes. Strong leadership experience in building and sustaining a diverse workforce aligned with corporate and country goals. Show more Show less
