to lead our people function and drive organizational excellence.

Job Overview

This role will oversee

HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development

, ensuring our HR strategy supports business growth, builds culture, and develops future-ready talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead HR Operations, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition and strengthen employer branding.
  • Build robust Learning & Development and succession planning frameworks.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and culture building.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/HR certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ in senior leadership.
  • Proven expertise in HR Ops, TA, and L&D.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
