Vice President - Financial Performance

Role Overview: M&G Global Services Private Limited is a subsidiary of the M&G plc group of companies, offering a variety of financial products and services through Asset Management, Life, and Wealth. As a part of the company's transformation journey, you will play a crucial role in driving the finance performance and cost transformation agenda. Your responsibilities will include analysing large datasets, developing comprehensive client profiles, generating revenue reports, and ensuring efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed business decisions. - Develop and maintain client profiles, including assets under management, revenue data, and other relevant information. - Analyse client data to identify opportunities and challenges, providing insights to drive business growth and optimize asset management strategies. - Generate regular revenue reports for clients, including metrics such as AUM growth, fee revenue, and client satisfaction. - Collaborate with distribution teams for accurate reporting of client revenue data. - Provide insights to stakeholders, partner with Finance teams, and understand key performance indicators for decision-making. - Manage team activities, guide on monthly P&L, headcount, and variance analysis. - Identify process improvement opportunities, maintain documentation of processes and key controls, and drive continuous efficiency improvements. - Create a culture of continuous improvement, streamline processes, and develop capabilities in the India location. - Collaborate with IT to drive the company's simplification agenda. Qualification Required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of asset management products and services. - Leadership capabilities with a transformation-oriented mindset, stakeholder management skills, and significant leadership experience. - Educational Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with 10 to 15 years of work experience.
