Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including assisting customers, managing inquiries, promoting products or services, and supporting sales teams in meeting their objectives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining organized records of sales activities and ensuring excellent customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Effective Communication and Sales skills
• Excellent Organization Skills for maintaining sales records and managing tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable
• Proficiency in office software and basic understanding of sales systems or tools
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business or related field is a plus
