Role Summary

Vice President – Crisis Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage

  enterprise-wide crisis response

  at multiple levels.
• Serve as a

  crisis management SME

  and point of contact for senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver

  crisis simulation exercises

  and testing aligned with operational risks.
• Oversee

  incident logging, playbook development, emergency notifications

  , and on-call rotas.
• Drive

  continuous improvement

  in crisis preparedness and resilience awareness across the organization.
• Facilitate

  post-incident reviews

  and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
• Engage with

  cross-functional stakeholders

  and third-party partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 13+ years in

  Crisis Management and Operational Resilience

  within the financial services or regulated industry.
• Proven experience in

  leading cross-regional response teams

  and managing crisis communications with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in

  scenario testing, threat modelling, and risk-based simulations

  .
• Strong understanding of

  ISO22301 / ISO22316 standards

  and the three lines of defense model.
• Skilled in leading training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Experience managing

  emergency communications platforms

  and playbook development.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in

  people management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
