Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production )
• Postgraduate qualification in Quality, Operations, or Management preferred

Formal certifications desirable:

• Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt
• Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 / IATF / ISO 14001)
• APQP / PPAP / FMEA

Experience Profile:

• 25+ years of total experience

  , with:
• Minimum

  8–10 years in senior leadership roles

  handling enterprise or multi-plant quality
• Strong exposure to Sheet metal fabrication, roll forming, precision manufacturing, or engineered products
• Project-based execution environments (EPC / infrastructure / heavy engineering)
• Proven experience as Corporate Quality Head / Group Quality Head / Quality Strategist
• Demonstrated success in handling High-growth environments, Customer audits and escalations, Volume ramp-ups without quality dilution.

Functional and Technical Competencies:

• Deep understanding of

  manufacturing & project quality

• Strong command over

  process capability, statistical tools, and problem-solving

• Expertise in

  customer quality management and supplier quality systems

• Ability to link

  quality metrics to business outcomes
