Vice President corporate Leasing / Business head Leasing

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head Office Leasing position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing office leasing operations, identifying new leasing opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with tenants and property owners. Additional responsibilities include overseeing lease administration, market analysis, and ensuring high occupancy rates within properties. The role involves regular coordination with the finance, legal, and property management teams to ensure smooth leasing operations. Good Relation with Builders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assisting corporate clients with property lease, revenue share, sale & investment.
• Responsible for handling end-to-end transactions.
• Transaction Handling (Includes Property sourcing, Preparing Presentations, Site visit for clients,
• Preparing Term sheet/ LOI, Negotiations, Documentation work, Lease deed agreement drafting and Registration work)
• Coordinating with landlords/ owners/ developers/ building managers of the property, involve in closing and overview document signing.
• Worked with Retail brands & IT/ITES/SEZ corporate office clients.
• Handle the clients visit and explains completely about the site, commercials and few key points.
• Updating the area wise listing/ data base & checks the new available spaces in the SEZ (Special Economic Zone), Grade A & Non Grade A buildings for Office & Retail.
• Handles the juniors work view report & assigns a weekly plan to them. Ensuring terms and
• conditions of the agreement & Prepares term sheets of the property which is shortlisted.
• Preparing initial term sheet, drafting of LOI & Lease deed agreement.
• Attending closings.
• Prepares clear Presentations of the required options/ properties to get easy understandable and
• overviews & then share the same to the clients.
• Makes regular follow-ups with the clients as well as landlords/Marketing commercials.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Business Planning
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Sales
• Proficiency in Account Management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in business development for interior design or related industries
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 8-10 years of Corporate Leasing relative experience in sales / Business Development
