About the Role:

Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Bring

  rich domain experience in Cybersecurity

  to influence product strategy and execution.
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge of

  CX platforms

  such as

  Pega, Adobe Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot

  (or similar).
• Collaborate with

  Sales, Development, and Product Management

  teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Utilize

  Product Management tools

  like

  Aha

  (or similar) for roadmap planning and execution.
• Drive product innovation by integrating

  AI/ML capabilities

  into marketing and CX solutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies, technical evaluations, and solution positioning.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Proven experience with

  Cybersecurity platforms and practices

  .
• Strong product and technical knowledge of CX/Marketing platforms (

  Pega, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot

  ).
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with

  Sales and Engineering/Development teams

  .
• Ability to align

  business requirements

  with

  technical solutions

  .

Preferred Skills:

• Product Management experience

  with exposure to full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with

  Aha

  or other product management/roadmapping tools.
• Experience in infusing

  AI/ML

  into marketing or customer-facing products.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
