Drive product innovation by integrating AI/ML capabilities into marketing and CX solutions. Contribute to go-to-market strategies, technical evaluations, and solution positioning. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience with Cybersecurity platforms and practices . Strong product and technical knowledge of CX/Marketing platforms ( Pega, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot ). Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering/Development teams . Ability to align business requirements with technical solutions . Preferred Skills: Product Management experience with exposure to full product lifecycle. Familiarity with Aha or other product management/roadmapping tools.
