Hypothesis: Over two decades of working with agencies, brands and influencers has helped us identify gaps and challenges in influencer marketing, resulting in Hypothesis, a comprehensive AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns. Role Overview The Vice President—Client Servicing & Solutioning will be responsible for leading the client services function and acting as a bridge between business, creative, and operational teams. This is a critical leadership role that blends business acumen with relationship management and strategic solutioning. The ideal candidate will be a client whisperer, a team enabler, and a commercially aware leader who knows how to balance delivery excellence with profitability. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Consultation Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, deeply understanding their business goals, challenges, and category context. Build trusted, long-term client relationships, actively identifying growth and upsell opportunities. Ensure clear briefs and strategic alignment across all projects, guiding solutioning in partnership with creative and content teams. Solutioning & Strategic Direction Lead the client servicing and solutioning vertical—not just to respond to briefs but to shape them. Provide high-level strategic direction to internal teams without replacing or duplicating creative leadership. Partner with strategy and production teams to ensure solutions are executable, impactful, and efficient. Project Delivery & Workflow Management Oversee day-to-day workflow management: prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery timelines. Ensure project delivery is on brief, on time, and on budget—without compromising quality. Act as the internal fulcrum that keeps teams coordinated and client expectations in check. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead internal and external stakeholder management with empathy, clarity, and authority—especially under high-pressure scenarios. Build a team culture that is performance-oriented yet collaborative and nurturing. Conduct regular team reviews, manage workload distribution, and mentor talent across servicing and solutioning roles. Commercial Leadership Own the P&L for the client servicing vertical—ensuring profitability, efficient delivery, and resource utilization. Be actively involved in commercial negotiations, closure of pitches, and upselling initiatives. Maintain visibility on billing vs. delivery and proactively address any project or account-level risks. Agency Growth & Leadership Lead and inspire the servicing team to perform at their best—individually and collectively. Be an active contributor to agency leadership, supporting org-wide initiatives, talent growth, and process efficiencies. Help elevate the agency’s creative product by ensuring strategic clarity and proactive client engagement. Qualifications & Experience 9–12 years of experience in digital advertising, branded content, or integrated marketing, preferably at an agency, publisher, or media network. Proven experience in managing large client accounts, strategic solutioning, and commercial responsibilities. Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems—social, mobile, paid media, and influencer-led content. Prior experience in handling P&L or direct commercial closures is highly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a lean team structure with high project turnover and fluid cross-functional dynamics. Key Traits for Success Strategic thinker with operational discipline.
