Reports To: CEO
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in domestic and international BPO markets.
Develop and execute strategies to expand Vindhyas client base across key sectors such as BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, and Government projects.
Lead end-to-end business development processes including prospecting, proposal creation, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
Manage key client accounts to ensure sustained business growth and client satisfaction.
Conduct consultative discussions with potential clients to understand their process challenges and design customized outsourcing solutions.
Drive bid management and proposal submissions for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Partner with internal stakeholders, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Quality teamsfor seamless onboarding and delivery of new clients.
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in the BPO landscape.
Strong track record in New Business Acquisition and Consultative Sales within the BPO or ITES industry.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, consultants, and industry networks to enhance business outreach.
Represent Vindhya in industry forums, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen the brands positioning as a leader in inclusive and impactful business process services.
Requirements :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the BPO / ITES sector.
Experience in handling enterprise clients and government accounts will be an advantage
