Vice President - Banking and Payments

Role Overview: As M&G Global Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the M&G plc group of companies, you play a crucial role in providing value-added services to the Group with the aim of instilling real confidence in individuals to invest their money. Key Responsibilities: - Manage banking relationships with major Bankers and oversee banking arrangements - Maintain knowledge of M&G Group's operational banking processes and ensure regulatory compliance - Own and oversee Investor dealing models for funds and ensure adherence to CASS rules - Develop relationships across Finance and the wider business, managing third-party providers and change oversight - Lead banking-related projects and manage end-to-end invoice processing - Control supplier bank accounts and oversee credit card transactions - Manage the AP process, anticipate impacts on the AP team, and oversee investment costs and expenses reconciliation - Support continuous improvements and developments, document processes and controls, and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Ensure compliance with people and performance management policies, manage operations within budgeted costs, and provide timely and reliable MI - Offer inspiring leadership to teams and ensure adherence to the Group's Code of Conduct and regulatory policies Qualification Required: - A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Prior experience in banking relationships management and operational banking processes - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and Investor dealing models for funds - Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement Additional Details: M&G Global Services offers diverse career growth opportunities in Digital Services, Business Transformation, Management Consulting & Strategy, Finance, Actuarial, Quants, Research, Information Technology, Customer Service, Risk & Compliance, and Audit.
