Vice President Business (Business Head)

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Business to lead our organization’s strategic growth and operational excellence. This senior leadership role will oversee all core functions—Accounts, Finance, Operations, and HR—while driving innovation and transformation in the IT and automation space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive market expansion and strengthen competitive positioning.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Technology & Innovation:

• Champion IT automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt emerging technologies for efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor high-performing teams across functions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in strategic forums and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience Education:

• MBA from IIM or equivalent OR B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT or equivalent premier institute.

Experience:

• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in IT or IT Automation Services.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, automation, and digital solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
